Oleg Flaksman is our qualified manager and CEO. He speaks fluent Russian. He has performed investigations in Brooklyn, NY prior to moving to California and obtaining a California private investigator license. He has over 10,000 hours of surveillance and research experience and has saved his client’s tens of millions of dollars in civil, personal injury, and workers compensation claims. Mr. Flaksman has also conducted criminal investigations at the state and federal level. Lastly, Mr. Flaksman has conducted several missing persons cases with positive outcomes, including locating a body 18 years after the police and attorneys had failed. We are licensed and carry a multi-million dollar insurance policy.
